Italian Bread European breads with natural leaven. Participants will make Ciabatta and flavoured breads such as Pizza/ Focaccia; Pane Siciliano and the Pride of Genzano. Our courses all include hands-on instruction with an expert baker, and are for small numbers to give individual attention in our fully-equipped bakery.
